The Sandhu Charitable Foundation pledged to donate the sum of £100 for every mile that Christopher Ware of Conygar plc (https://conygar.com/) completed in the London Marathon.  We are very pleased to say that Christopher finished the Marathon and the Foundation rounded up their pledge so as to donate £3,000 to The Bike Project.

The Bike Project is a small charity that takes secondhand bikes, fixes them up and donates them to refugees and asylum seekers in London and Birmingham.  Most refugees arrive in the UK with absolutely nothing.  The Project believes that bikes help refugees access food banks, legal advice, healthcare, education and much more.  If they’re lucky enough to receive official refugee status, a bike can help refugees find employment.

By way of a continued commitment to Variety, The Children’s Charity, The Sandhu Charitable Foundation donated the sum of £25,000 to the charity’s Wheelchair Programme.

The Sandhu Charitable Foundation donated £5,000 to The Elifar Foundation in honour of those members of staff at Revcap who took on the 50km Thames Towpath Putney to Runneymede challenge!

The funds raised will help to improve the care, facilities and equipment available to profoundly disabled children and young adults both at home or in residential care (www.elifarfoundation.org.uk).  In particular, Elifar looks to fund the purchase of a wide range of highly specialised equipment often unavailable due to a lack of funds or because there’s no statutory provision.

Carers UK, being one of the charities The Sandhu Charitable Foundation supports, have provided their Annual Report for 2021.

The Sandhu Charity continues its support of the London Music Fund and its talented students by agreeing a further 4 year commitment to sponsor a student in the sum of £1,000 per annum.

The Sandhu Charitable Foundation continues to support and fund 3 scholarships for CASS Business School Undergraduate students in the sum of £15,000
