    • The Sandhu Charitable Foundation, over and above its existing monthly standing order to Ehlers Danlos Support UK (totalling £30,000 p.a.), donated an additional £50,000 to enable the charity to continue to expand its support services, attract additional funding and plan for a major national audit of services for people with hypermobility-related problems. The monies would also fund the pilot teens’ workshop in London, which would help to demonstrate the need for tailored support for young people. In addition, the monies will fund the staff time needed to design the programme and develop funding applications for it.

    • The Sandhu Charitable Foundation, by way of the second year of their three year commitment, gifted £10,000 to support the University of Warwick’s student Wellbeing at Warwick programme. The funds donated have supported the programme to develop a suite of information and awareness raising resources to ensure visibility to the new service, and therefore greater accessibility to reach more students in need of assistance.  It is anticipated that the next phase will see a complete refresh of the Website and online self-help materials available for students. This will particularly assist those individuals who find it most difficult to seek help, providing them with a means to safely access support.
